Shipping

Where do you ship orders?
We ship worldwide. For security reasons, all orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the payment cardholder.
How long does shipping take?
– USA & Canada (Ground): 5–15 business days
– USA & Canada (Air): 1–5 business days
– International (Ground): 15–20 business days
– International (Air): 5–10 business days
Do delivery times include customs?
No. Customs clearance may take an additional 1–10 business days. Please keep your phone number and email up to date so customs can contact you if needed.

Taxes & Duties

Do you charge taxes on orders?
No. We do not collect taxes at checkout. Local customs authorities will determine the applicable taxes, duties, or fees for your location.
How are taxes and duties collected?
Customs will contact you directly to collect any taxes or duties before your order is released for delivery.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
What if the item has been opened?
Open-box items are treated as used and carry a 50% restocking fee.
How do you verify returns?
Each order is linked to the product’s serial number. If the serial number on the returned item does not match our records, the return will not be accepted.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Products such as computer components, collectibles, art pieces, clothing, shoes, and others noted in the product description are non-returnable.

Are products new and sealed?
Yes. All products are new and factory sealed unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How do I claim a warranty?
Warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer or vendor according to their policies.

What payment methods do you accept?
